MedYouNeed ("we", "us", "our") operates the website medyouneed.com as a dental tourism coordination service connecting international patients with accredited dental clinics in Istanbul, Turkey.

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it:
- Contact & consultation forms — name, phone number, email address, country of residence, treatment interest, travel timeline, and any notes you choose to share.
- WhatsApp messages — messages sent via our WhatsApp link are processed by WhatsApp Inc. under their own privacy policy.
- Usage data — pages visited, time on site, browser type, and referral source (collected via cookies — see Section 5).

- Partner dental clinic(s) in Istanbul — solely to prepare your personalised treatment plan and consultation.
